17 - Days of Praise!

Just another day in paradise LOL…. Hours sitting in my bed, a few minutes sitting on the couch, a seated shower, walked mom and Jonny to the elevator about a 1 min walk away from my room… BIG DAY! :) Looking forward to more movement again in the future, but I sense that this time of bed rest has been HUGE in Asher’s journey. And mine too… I’ll never be the same.

Highlights::

• Feeling Asher moving :) I keep trying to get a little video to share, but he’s camera shy LOL

• OB/BYN team doctor, Dr. Wood, came by on rounds this morning and is hopeful that with getting this far we’ll make it to March 21st for a planned delivery process - YEAH!!!

• Time with Mom - lunch, sharing old photos, phone call with Uncle Dave, FaceTime with Aunt B, funny videos, napping, chatting, & playing cards

• Unexpected FaceTimes and phone calls with dear friends

• Chick-Fil-A

• Being blessed to give a surprise!

• My husbands sweet heart of generosity

• Brainless TV moments (more than i’ve watched in years!!!)

• After work family moments with Jonny

Continued Updates:: I don’t have a plan to keep the blog up to date for updates and prayer as things would happen more day to day, but I am sure my brother will be posting on his Facebook - Ben DeWitt -https://www.facebook.com/ben.dewitt.549.

Mailing Address: Jonny and Hannah Picard, 248 McDaniels Lane, Springboro Ohio 45066 Many of you have been asking for our address and what we might need during this time… With room changes that may happen, our home address will be best for mail moving forward. Hospital mail has been great, so anything sent here should still be good though too. Gift cards for gas, parking, and occasional non-hospitals meal have been and continue to be such a blessing as the journey with Asher will continues. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!
