Asher's 27th Week-Aversary!
It’s February!!!! Another week has gone by and Asher had his 27th “Week-Aversary” yesterday! :). We continue to praise the Lord for keeping this little guy inside and growing.
On todays ultrasound there wasn’t as much fluid again (back to 2ish…) but his development otherwise seems spot on with weight and organs. His weight is only measured every 4 weeks and he should be gaining about .5 lb/week. Come Feb 18th, he hopefully will be near 3.5-4.
The continued question is always his lungs BUT we have faith that they are miraculously spot on even if we can’t see it quite yet!
Prayer request: I am continuing to have placental abruptions that are seemingly minor in the medical world, but I can assure you are no fun and freak me out! Today they put me on a stricter bed rest to hopefully help this stay manageable. Please pray God would heal this and they would stop completely in Jesus Name!
On a totally different Picard Family note…
As many of you know, we moved here to Ohio for a great career opportunity for Jonny but… we’ve been in a waiting time since December for them to finalize some things on the corporate side regarding which specific position he would be in.. FINALLY TODAY! We received the call that he got the highest position we were hoping for and they want him to come in Monday to sign papers and start other drug testing, paperwork, etc… He should start in the next week or two!!!
Praise the Lord for His amazing provision in the waiting days!!!

Amanda and Devon got to take little Ellie home on Wednesday after 110 days stay in the NICU. What an amazing couple! They blessed us with this little platypus sleeper for Asher - how cute!
