32nd Week-Aversary!
Found this pic of Jonny and me from our honeymoon - 1st rollercoaster ride together! Pretty hilarious and symbolic of our journey together the past 8 months and especially the past three! Fun and crazy, trusting times all at once!
Praises:
Asher’s quite squirmy inside - that’s fun!!!
Great lunch today (it’s been a good week of food services in here actually - not normal!) - Taste of India with chicken, rice, masala sauce - YUM! My greatest love language is FOOD!!! If you couldn’t tell….
FaceTimed with Amy and the gals she disciples at University of Dayton. Got to share about my journey learning how to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit - still a work in progress :)
Amy came by for her weekly Thursday hang time!
OB/GYN rounding doctor, Dr. Thomas, and Team Pastor as I affectionally think of him came by to check in and chat for a bit. He always gives me the hugest hug and lays his hands on my belly and prays for Asher.
Jonny brought me in BBQ left over from a work lunch - cornbread, Mac-n-cheese, and smoked turkey!
Lunch phone chat with dear FL friend, Val!
Jonny tried out a couch at a discount furniture store after work - could be our first family purchase. He FaceTimed me in to talk about it and then he’s hilarious and checked out the recliners too!
Continued Updates:: I don’t have a plan to keep the blog up to date for updates and prayer as things would happen more day to day, but I am sure my brother will be posting on his Facebook - Ben DeWitt -https://www.facebook.com/ben.dewitt.549.
Mailing Address: Jonny and Hannah Picard, 248 McDaniels Lane, Springboro Ohio 45066 Many of you have been asking for our address and what we might need during this time… With room changes that may happen, our home address will be best for mail moving forward. Hospital mail has been great, so anything sent here should still be good though too. Gift cards for gas, parking, and occasional non-hospitals meal have been and continue to be such a blessing as the journey with Asher continues. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!
